Carmarthenshire Museum is located in a building that was once home to many families of past Bishops of St Davids. These days, the museum maintains its warm welcome for all families, hosting activities and events all year round.

Facilities
Cloakroom
We have a space that can store your bags and coats if you like.
Buggies and Pushchairs
The museum is accessible for individual buggies and pushchairs. Buggies designed for more than one child may be too wide for some of the historic doorways.
We have a lift through a corridor at the far side of the Main Hall that offers access to the first floor galleries for all.
Toilets
We have one accessible and gender-neutral toilet on the ground floor and separate male and female toilet facilities on the ground floor.
Baby changing facilities
Available in both the accessible toilet and female toilet facilities on the ground floor.

Food and Drink
We offer a range of takeaway cold drinks and ice creams in our Gift Shop. Stacey's Kitchen next door to the museum sell a diverse selection of hot and cold food, drinks, and snacks too.
There are picnic tables and benches around the Bishop's Park that are perfect for families to enjoy a peaceful space close to nature.
