Presented by Andrea Rowlands, an experienced Registrar with Carmarthenshire County Council, you'll hear about some of the history of marriage since the beginning of civil registration in 1837 and some lovely stories from Andrea's experiences. There'll be a chance to ask questions too. You'll never look at a registrar in the same way again!
