Connect and Create is a relaxed, inclusive creative workshop designed to nurture wellbeing, connection, and confidence through playful artistic exploration. The programme encourages participants to slow down, experiment, and enjoy the creative process without pressure or expectation.
Suitable for families, young people, and mothers with babies or young children, the workshops provide a welcoming space where creativity becomes a shared experience, fostering curiosity, self-expression, and meaningful connection.
Workshop Activities
Each session will introduce accessible, hands-on creative experiences that invite participants to explore materials, movement, and imagination.

- 3D Making & Assemblage
