Join us at Carmarthenshire Museum on Thursday 7 August for Storytelling from Y Mabinogi — an event celebrating the rich myths and legends of Wales.

Across two engaging 45-minute sessions, a professional storyteller will bring to life the timeless tales of Y Mabinogi, one of the most important collections of Welsh folk stories. From magical transformations and heroic quests to ancient kings and enchanted landscapes, these stories have been shared for generations and continue to inspire today.

The sessions are designed for families, children, and anyone with an interest in Welsh heritage and storytelling. Sessions will take place inside the Museum’s atmospheric surroundings, with plenty of opportunity to explore the museum’s exhibitions before or after.
